Time marches on!  We had a safe trip back to our little ranch from Arizona and it was certainly great to be home again.  It is good to have our own place to return to and we really love it here in the Texas Hill Country.  The coach is now parked under roof for most of the winter.  We just took it out for a couple of days last week to exercise it and it even saw use over Thanksgiving as guest sleeping quarters.  Our house is so small, we decided to use the #2 and #3 bedrooms for the office and for the treadmill knowing we had very upscale guest quarters available with the coach.

So what’s this about John and shopping?

John is right in the middle of setting up his new shop and notChristmas shopping (he would however Christmas shop providing it could be found at the home improvement center or hardware store!)  The new shop area is 30′ by 50′ (pictures of it under construction here) and is large enough for him to set up all of his tools and not have to move them around unlike the old shop in Florida.

The new shop build-out (pictures here) includes an enclosed 6′ by 12′ room containing shower, toilet, sink, and John says he’s going to build a desk and shelves in there due to it being the only dust-free area in the building.  He’s built workbenches and added a bunch of electrical outlets and still needs to add the plumbing for the air compressor which will be arriving in a few days and duct work for a not-yet ordered dust collection system.  He is having fun building the shop and we are expecting great things to come forth from it!

We are doing quite well and we have been blessed with good health and we pray the same for you.
